Unfortunately, we’re facing some problems while processing your credit card payment for <<AppName Super Plan>> subscription.

It could be happening because of two reasons:

  1. There could be a problem with your current credit card info that you’ve provided. Or the same card could have expired.
  2. We are trying to process the payment using your old credit card, but you’ve a new credit card that you use to pay.

Would you take a moment to check what’s wrong?

In case you’ve changed the card: I know updating the card everywhere is a time consuming process, so I’ve extended your subscription for another 15 days. If you choose not to continue with our service, your account will automatically be moved to <<Simple>> plan.
