I hope you’re enjoying using <<AppName>>.
Unfortunately, we’re facing some problems while processing your credit card payment for <<AppName Super Plan>> subscription.
It could be happening because of two reasons:
- There could be a problem with your current credit card info that you’ve provided. Or the same card could have expired.
- We are trying to process the payment using your old credit card, but you’ve a new credit card that you use to pay.
Would you take a moment to check what’s wrong?
You can find all the billing details here: Log in → Settings → Billing
In case you’ve changed the card: I know updating the card everywhere is a time consuming process, so I’ve extended your subscription for another 15 days. If you choose not to continue with our service, your account will automatically be moved to <<Simple>> plan.
